Our Story

AGK Future Tech Farming Pvt. Ltd. was founded by a marketing strategist, brand storyteller and staunch environmentalist – Mr. Girish S Rao. He is passionate about  feeding the world with delicious and sustainably produced food. The current state of affairs in the agricultural sector was a great source of concern for the entrepreneur.

 The worldwide population will take a huge leap from 7.5 to 9.7 billion by 2050. With rising population and superfluously reducing land for agriculture, farmers will have to make the most with minimal resources. Farmers face a plethora of other challenges, a major one being climate change that might reduce the yield of rice fields marginally by 2.5% in 2050. Lack of education and modern farming equipment is another pain point for farmers across India. More awareness about forward looking practices in farming can revolutionise India’s agrarian economy forever.

 Traditional methods of farming cannot solve even a miniscule of the problems faced by Indian farmers. This is exactly where AGK steps into the picture. With a tech driven approach towards agriculture, we provide farmers with exposure to advanced technologies such as AI and IOT through our experience centres. We have created a farm school for both farmers and students to learn about the universe of agriculture. AGK also provides consulting services to make your farm reach new horizons of success.
